    This Chipotle is terrible! I’ve been here multiple times and they do not have any of the items that you want, with it still being 2 hrs before closing. The store is very dirty and you have about 5-6 workers standing there not doing anything. We walked in and stood there for awhile until someone finally walked over to take our order (no food was being cooked, no tables/ floors, were being cleaned, etc)…we were the only customers in the store! When we finally ordered… the worker started to go down a longggg list of items that they did not have (most of the food bar; this has happened before). We literally had to just leave because there was not anything we could get.

    A lot of Chipotle’s have bad managers and sadly this is just another one that does. By 5pm they ran out of Corn, Guac, Lettuce, and cheese. The place is a bit dirty, they tend to only give you a half of scoop of food instead of a full scoop. I would go to Q Doba or a different Chiplote if you can.

    Did not enjoy my experience today. The “manager” is a poor excuse of a leader. You can tell her loud shouts and demands have the staff on edge. She also yelled at the customers in line and I am not sure she is aware but yelling in a public place doesn’t go over well. They also did not have chicken, rice or salad dressing. Time to rethink leadership at this location cause she aint it.

Every time, the staff has been incredibly rude, acting as if they hate their jobs and don’t want to be there. The worst part of it all was the bird repeller that emits a loud high pitched noise and ticking placed on the patio. The best part is that there were still birds on the patio.

    I ordered online from this location and never again!

    I ordered online XL chicken bowl and there was 5 piece of chicken on my bowl.

    I never recommend this chipotle for Online Orders! You pay for your extra chicken and you get less then regular portions.

    So, I showed the chicken bowl the one of the lady here working, She got mad at me because I complained about it!

    I recommend the management team to find better employees to understand whats the deal.

    This Chipotle is incredibly dirty. The entire restaurant from the tables to doors need to be wiped down. The food station looked like it hadn’t been wiped down since this afternoon, writing this after an 8:00p visit. The food tastes good so that’s a plus, but the dirtiness of this spot will have us going to a different location from now on.

    The last 3 times we’ve been to this location they have been out of partially everything. One of those times the ONLY thing they could offer was rice and chicken in a bowl. Their payment methods are constantly broken: can only use cash, can’t expect cash, etc.
    Today we came in about 30 minutes after they opened and had to wait as 1 employee got spoons to serve the food and two others stood there putting chips into bags. The line increased by 6 more people and not one employee addressed anyone.

    Take your chances with this location. More than likely they’ll be out of ingredients and service will not only be slow but inconsiderate.

    My mobile order was not ready when I arrived. I experience poor customer service from the African American girl with twist in her hair. She was too busy listening to the other girl that works with her who is Caucasian (whom was not doing anything but leaning near the food, talking) ..
    no one wants to do their job, they would rather talk like they are in school, not a place of employment.

    As for my food, it was not good! I was disappointed that I didn’t get half of what I ordered, then when I chatted with support the only thing they offered me was a drink. I was missing half of my order, a free drink does not satisfy me after having to wait over 20 mins for a mobile order that was incorrect. I loved chipotle but tonight has now taught me to just go to QDOBA !!

    I’ve never been unsatisfied with them, and by the way guys. Whoever is reading this.. if you order online via Qdoba, not only will you have a good experience, you will also get queso and guac for free on any entrée!

    It’s time for Chipotle to intervene on this franchise. Even since before COVID they have done terrible job providing good service, good food, and appropriate portions. Every time I’ve ordered online, they give me the smallest portions so I started going in and waiting in line. Doesn’t help. They still skimp on everything and if you draw their attention to it, they try to charge you more. Not to mention they’ve run out of VEGETABLES the last two times I’ve gone in at 6:00 and 6:30pm. Our experiences have been so terrible.

    Disappointing is an understatement. I walked in, and was informed by the staff that they were “only accepting mobile orders”. As a result I placed my order and waited to pick up my bowl respectfully.

    While waiting, the staff – specifically the woman with a nose ring, continuously cursed and made disgusted looks my way. When I went to pick up my order she slammed the bag down in front of me. Never coming back here again.

    I would not recommend ordering online, through the app or doordash. I think they have a practice where they just make your order with whatever they have in stock and don’t say anything if several items are missing. I have really given them the benefit of the doubt but this has happened to me the last 3 times I ordered. Tonight I ordered a special item from their menu with pre-listed ingredients and for delivery. The specialized items were all missing (fajita veggies, corn salsa and honey vinaigrette) my order was literally a quesadilla with chicken and cheese, and a side of sour cream. That was my last attempt at ordering from here.

    How anyone has anything nice to say about this dump is beyond me. The joint is dirty. The line is always long and barely moves. You’re lucky if they’re out of one key ingredient – usually it’s 2-3. How do you make a burrito without a burrito shell, cheese, lettuce, or salsa? I don’t know the answer to that, but ask this Chipotle. They apparently think it makes plenty of sense. Customer service is non-existent; rude and lazy people working the line who seem to barely work at all. App orders are never ready when advertised. I don’t think they even have management. The place deserves to be shut down… hopefully it will be soon, and something that deserves to exist will replace it.

    The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. There were at least five people working in the store and the two customers ahead of me in line were being served and as I was patiently waiting the manager from the kitchen told me they were not serving anymore customers for the next hour. She literally would not take my money, and would not sell the food that was sitting in front of me… All because she did not want the only person working the front and the cash register to become overwhelmed… It would be “unfair for her“ …
    At first I thought it was a joke but she said the same thing to the next 6 people. She was rude and definitely not representing the values chipotle was founded on… I feel bad for everyone working there, because they seem to have such a poor mindset , I feel bad for the owner because he’s losing an absurd amount of customers and money… And I feel bad for the franchise because it’s being painted in such a poor light

    Wow – I came in at 11:30AM trying to beat the lunch rush, and there was about 15 people in queue waiting to be helped and the staff wasn’t helping any of them.     This Chipotle has always been good. But I’m leaving a review because of one thing: I just came to pick up my online order, and I was walking out, the cashier shouted me down and said my order had been sitting on the rack all afternoon.

    When I ordered at 4, there seemed to be a glitch in the website, but the email confirmation had the order right with pickup at 730 like I wanted. Apparently there actually WAS a glitch, and they made my order immediately.

    Instead of letting me walk out with some old nasty food, they flagged me down and remade the food fresh. That honesty and extra effort is surprising and appreciated.

We’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but after over 10 times here and you still continue to be out of the same stuff that’s a problem. This is a prime location and for it to be out of stuff at all times of the day that’s a huge problem. The customer service here was also terrible. I hate being one of those people that complain because I know how hard the food industry is, something had to be said. Oh and let’s not forgot about how dirty the place is.

The managers just allow the workers to yell and curse at customers and do absolutely nothing about it. I have filed multiple complaints, now it is time for the media to receive footage of what really happens at this location.

    The people they have working here have terrible attitudes. They constantly act like you’re bothering them, even though you’re as nice as can be. This is the second time that I’ve asked before I place my order if they’re accepting cash and they’ve told me yes and then when I go to pay the girl at the register has an attitude and is extremely rude and tells me that I can’t pay with cash even though I asked beforehand. I then asked if I could pay through the app by placing the order because I lost my wallet and didn’t have any cards yet, and they said no because the price is different on the app than it is in the store. Even though I had the cash in hand and the ability to order through the app and pay for it they would not give me the food despite telling me that I could pay with cash when I first got there. Again this is the second time at a second location that they have done that. Something that is extremely unreasonable and isn’t done at any other restaurant but for some reason Chipotle thinks it’s okay to have extremely rude employees and to not accept cash at all. Oh and this is if they happen to be accepting orders and not close because they can’t keep employees.

Either they close an hour-two hours early than scheduled, are extremely rude, or go as far as forgetting to put ingredients such as MEAT in your pick up orders lol and let’s not forget Coke Zero, sprite, and regular coke have been “out of service” for a month now. I love love love chipotle and continue to try and give this location a chance since it’s half a mile by my work…. Needs a whole staff overhaul and new management. Worst chipotle I’ve ever been too. Silly me though for continuing to go, only can blame myself for that.

    Unbelievable how bad this location is. I have been going to this location for over 10 years. In the past 2 years it has become a nightmare. Lazy staff with no work ethic. Disgusting food is a understatement. This location honestly needs to be shut down. The possibility of contracting food poisoning is extremely high. The food smeared all over the spit shield and the food tray area is covered in old rotten food. Every surface in this location is filthy. You will not find a single table that has been wiped down. It was difficult for everyone to find employees with the pandemic. But if you have over 10 people staffed like this location always does you can clean your food prep surfaces and tables. The entirety of the staff at this location should be ashamed of themselves.

When I asked her to change her gloves she got an attitude and slowly washed her hands before putting on gloves. After all that I wasn’t giving chipotle any more of my money. Poor customer service and not clean at all. Chipotle chain has went downhill but this place is one of the worse.

I stood in line I watched the employees make 3 to go orders, search for a to go order, and prepare 1 in store order (which was done very slowly and very lack luster) with no acknowledgment of me. This prompted me to ask was this one of the locations where I needed to order online and only pick up in store as some locals have done to which I was informed I could order in store. As I went back to my place in line the line behind me started growing still no acknowledgement and what’s more employees were cleaning burrito press and making yet more to go orders 4 more to be exact and no acknowlement still despite looking dead in my face many times and the line still growing. I will never venture here again my money my person deserves basic respect

The girl just shrugged at me and said “I don’t know” how can you not know when you’re the one handling the food. She got the “manager” which by how he acted I can tell he wasn’t. He got into a defensive stance and started moving his hands around which I found to be aggressive. He started talking about I was assuming the bugs were in the food. I told him there is nothing to assume I’m literally telling him. They gave me a refund for one of the bowls not all 3. I threw away the food from all of them. This is the most atrocious staff. If I wanted to eat bugs I’d go outside and do it for free. I also had food poisoning from them before but I still went back because I thought it was just a one time thing.

    I came to this location with my son to get a meal and because the chipotle close by us is pathetic to say the least. That was until I went into this location. Pathetic is an understatement at this location. NOONE greeted me or the other customers when we came in, one person looked at us in line and kept making online orders in front of us but never asked for backup or spoke to us, the manager used vulgar language under her breath (the f word) after I asked what the 10min plus hold up was to get some tacos and a bowl. None of the staff care and are highly slow. I wrote a very detailed complaint against this location. Absolutely the worst.

Chipotle heavily raised their prices and can’t even update the hours to let us know when they are open or closed. No one answers the phone. Random days they close don’t know why. Other ways open at random times like 2pm. This location always is out of something whether it’s soda, chicken, half the toppings, employees you name it. They need some help! One time I came and the sour cream was like water. It was stated it wasn’t thawed properly but was still being served. A couple employees always seem a bit off like they’re ready to explode. One girl slid my burrito directly over a huge glob of sour cream so my foil was filthy. I was truly stunned at the audacity of it. One girl always huffs and puffs when she seems ppl coming in bc she can’t handle multiple orders. Looks like no one’s wants to work here. It’s such a good location and space inside but now it’s just a hot mess!

    First of all, I have had previous issues with the staff at this Chipotle being rude and nasty. Second of all, I am home sick with Covid and ordered chipotle through Uber Eats. Upon receiving my food, they gave me the complete WRONG order even though my order is printed on the ticket that comes on the bag. I tried calling after UE gave me a refund, but my phone calls went unanswered. Do not eat at this rinky dink Chipotle, and choose another one elsewhere that might just value your time more than this one will.

    I’ve been here twice and each time they were out of guacamole. That’s fine, but both times there was no sign on the door, nor did they tell me when they started making my order. The first time it happened, I just thought that the girl was young, maybe it’s her first job and she just doesn’t have the best customer service skills. When it happened again, I realized that these girls just don’t care.
    A little common sense goes a long way. I truly hope someone in management reads this and tells them that there is a super simple solution to this problem: apologize and let your customers know what item you don’t have.

    Awful first impression. Tomato salsa was unavailable online just for me to find out it was available upon going in and picking up my bag. I ordered my meal 30 mins online before picking up. I was 5 minutes early and it was ready (shocker). I asked nicely why tomato salsa was not updated online as available and they couldn’t give me an answer. They offered to give it to me on the side, I refused because I sub’d the tomatillo sauce (tore me up). I then patiently asked for them to remake it because I knew it was probably made when I sent the order in 30 mins ago. Come to find out it was cold. College aged Manager must have refused me three separate times when I pointed out all the good reasons why they should have remade it. Terrible experience!!

    This morning I decided to order from Chipotle, because I needed to go to the store to pick up a gift card for work. Upon arrival at 10:47, I found the location still closed. As the line formed outside with 7 guests, at 11:07am, they finally opened the store, 22 minutes late. While we waited, we could see staff standing around the cash register ignoring the knocking on the door and the phone calls. The other guests waiting in line with me said multiple times ‘that they are always late opening but this was extra late today’. Once inside, the girl at the cash register told another patron that the soda machine was down. I had order a soda in my online order and there was cup in my bag but I asked for a refund since the machine was down. She said ‘you don’t want one of these’, to which I replied, ‘do you have regular coke?’, and she pointed to the glass front fridge. I accepted the Mexican Coke, which of is not regular Coke and does taste a bit different to try and give some grace. While I was standing there, I said I need to get a gift card also, she said you’ll need to step aside because she was first. This was another patron who was three patrons behind me in the line that formed outside, and of course, I ordered online, so I was first. She would now wait on me until after she waited on the other lady. When it was finally my turn, according to her, I asked for her name and the owners name, to which she replied, ‘am I supposed to know the owners name?’. This is when the new manager, Jazzy appeared. Jazzy only ever acknowledged that the store opened late and that it seems to be a regular problem with a head nod, she never apologized for the wait or the inconvenience or even the employees’ behavior. While I was complaining about my experiences to the manager, the employee was staring in my face giving a sarcastic look and when I commented on it, the employee laughed out loud about my complaints and the manager did nothing except shake her head up and down and say ok. That cashier refused to give me her name, and the new (first day on the job) manager “Jazzy” said she didn’t know it and didn’t offer to get it for me either. I asked for owner’s information and she said there isn’t an owner that Chipotle is corporate and they wouldn’t handle it, if I contacted them, other than to call her to take care of it anyway so, ‘let’s just leave it at that, ok?’. This was the worst display of customer service and customer remedy I’ve ever experienced. I’ve worked in and managed food service, bar service and high-end restaurants and don’t recall a single display of such poor customer service and managerial skills. That cashier needs to be fired. The manager needs to be retrained on how to deal with employee issues, store management, time management and how to properly apologize to a patron when there is an issue.
    I was not pleased and don’t intend to ‘let it be’, as suggested by the store manager. I don’t need to be contacted by anyone, I don’t want any gift cards, I don’t want free meals, I want that employee out of this industry. Though, as stated by the new manager, Jazzy, I actually don’t think anything will change, because her managerial skills were as much the problem today. As a person coming from the service industry, I generally give grace and don’t write negative reviews but this was inexcusable and I will never visit another Chipotle again.

    This Chipotle store single-handedly has altered my perception on this chain and here is why.

    This store in particular gets worse and worse every time I come in. The place is disgusting and unclean, no tables are wiped off ever, and the staff lacks complete common sense.

    If for whatever reason you do decide to dine here, be sure NOT to mobile order for pick up. When you place an order 1 1/2 hours before it’s scheduled pick up time, even showing up 15 minutes late because they’re never on time, you think it would be ready… right? Nope!

    I had to inquire about my order to the staff, who looked dumbfounded and confused, then watch them make it in front of me while the 8-9 customer who came in behind me were served and out the door in no time. It’s the straw that broke the camels back.

    You guys weren’t even busy, just inept.

    With all that said, find a better Chipotle, or don’t! 🙂

    Ordered chorizo burrito with rice, beans, corn, salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Disappointed in the amount of chorizo that was put on the burrito, very small amount. The cheapest item is most likely the rice which this one was full of with scant amount of the rest. The service was quick and the order accurate. The dining area had mostly dirty tables so I had to wipe down my own table so I could sit. I will have to consider whether I come back to this experience again or not.

    Unfortunately this Chipotle is closest to my house so I used to go atleast once a week, after COVID things got rough but I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was a hard time for everyone. I started going to a different location a mile down the road but recently decided to give this one a chance again.. I was mistaken. They are out of something every single time I go, then today we walk in and they say they’re only accepting mobile orders. That is fine- I place my order through the app and then sit and wait- after 20 minutes I notice that some folks are now going through the line, while the rest of us sitting and waiting are confused. I then walk up and ask what is going on and they say I still need to walk through to order after placing my mobile order because the printer wasn’t working- would’ve been nice to know before I wasted 20 minutes waiting. Never will I go to this location again.

    Every time we go here, they are out of some essential ingredient. Rice, beans, tortillas, chips, an entire protein… this last time, they had zero pinto beans and no guac. I am no longer willing to order through the app because of 1) how unreliable their menu is, and 2) how difficult it is to get a refund (have to go through their website. Can’t be refunded in the store the food was ordered from.)

    I really want to like Chipotle as a business, but these issues occur every single time we go, no matter to which location.

    Apart from the ingredients being out of stock, this one is one of the originals in the area and is a bit dated. The location is convenient, though, which is why we keep going back:

    No indication it was Online Only until I got to the door. Had to download their app, which is both terrible and over 100 megabytes. App accepts my money but gives cutesy error messages when trying to make an account to get Rewards (the only reason you’d want the app in the first place). Requiring you to order online achieves a few things for them: allows them to skimp you on everything without having to face you (the most empty burrito bowl I’ve ever gotten), allows them to upcharge you for a tortilla, allows them to take 20 minutes making it instead of <5, allows them to understaff while still saying they're open, and drives up users of their app. Absurd that now you have to have a smartphone and an active mobile data plan just to get a burrito at a physical establishment. What's ironic is that most of the app's interface is dedicated to lecturing you about the environment, yet forcing online orders only means that they have to waste to-go packaging just for me to eat right there in the restaurant. The only perk is that you can fill up on their premium drinks (go for the watermelon limeade) as much as you want and tell them you only accept online inquiries if they have anything to say about it

Finally got my order, I made the mistake of not checking my order until I got home and it was the complete wrong order. I called the store twice & got hung up on. I went back to the store to just get my order right, and there were even more people waiting to get their online orders + now customers standing in line to order at the store. Customers were getting frustrating because the staff was not acknowledging them. Staff members started yelling at each other to “move out of the way” – so disrespectful. When I eventually got my order – the rice tasted uncooked, no lettuce (they need to be aware and stock it out from ordering then), same with chips. Very disappointing. Will not be revisiting this location.

Today they were pretty busy not to say they are not always busy but the line was all the way to the drink station. While I was standing in line I was given the middle finger buy a worker in the back I’m assuming due to frustration of how busy they were this worker flicked off really everybody unsure of who noticed and who didn’t and then looked me straight in my eyes. That having been said, the rest of the staff I encountered was super-friendly and very customer service oriented and the product lived up to every expectation. There often times is one bad apple in the business and that is why I am still giving the location my 5 star review. Hopefully the rest of the staff will lead by example and bring this employee into the world of customer service!

While it was inconvenient, I am rating Chipotle highly because they promptly responded to my refund emails through their assistant, Pepper, initially through the app. Chipotle delivers on customer service every time– in person and online! The main thing that would’ve improved the experience is knowing about the closure in the app ahead of time instead of ordering and driving there to find it closed.

As you can see in the pic, extremely small portions, barely any protein, and no hot sauce. This was taken right after I opened the lid and realized what all was wrong.     Every time I go here, there is one staff member who is extremely rude to everyone. The manager/staff don’t seem to mind. I ordered online for pick up, and when I arrived, my order had only half of the ordered items (just rice, corn, and a small amount of beans). I took it back in and said that this is not what I ordered. They said that they were out of the other items. I wanted my money back and suggested that they tell people when their order cannot be completed. The staff member held up her hands like I was being unreasonable, and the manager said that he cannot reimburse since it’s an online order. I went online for reimbursement and no one has followed up.

    Terrible experience. I walked in to hearing a customer and employee in a shouting match because employee handled money then handled food. The two ultimately decided that they would resume the conversation after work and there would be a problem.

    They proceeded to make me the most pathetic salad yet. They literally dumped from the spoon; so, as not to give me so much as a full spoon of beans, salsa, corn or guacamole. I asked for additional lettuce at the end and they didn’t want to give me much of that either.

    I asked the employee if she could do any better. Her reply ‘it’s my fist day’. That demonstrates a systematic problem where employees are being trained to cut as much as possible. Not seeking to create another scene, I didn’t put up any resistance and am left with an awful excuse for a salad.

    This chipotle is SO hit or miss. There have been multiple times everything in the burrito is cold. Also on multiple occasions, the staff has focused on in-person orders and waited to complete online orders until the line was gone.
    Today 10/7 there were at least 20 people scattered around the restaurant waiting for online orders, 15-30 minutes behind pick up times. Granted, they looked slightly short handed, only 2 people on the line and 1 chaser, however, the cashier got on his phone multiple times when he could have been assisting the line workers. Very disappointed and unlikely to come to this location again.

    This chipotle is honestly a hit or miss for DoorDash. I have had times were it was ready on the shelf when I walked in, but I have also had times where I had to wait 20-30+ minutes for the order to be completed. This chipotle will have multiple online orders/delivery orders and will wait to start making them until their inside guests are served first (at least some). Normally, I would not be mad, but some of their inside guests have just walked in and are served before I am, in which I have waited patiently for 20-30+ minutes. Unfortunately, this seems to happen more frequently than the orders being ready and on the pickup shelf. Also, some of the employees can be quite rude. There is one female cashier (maybe Nicole) who is generally very helpful in getting your orders out… Kinda sucks to DoorDash at this Chipotle, be aware.

    For the love of god, if there is another chipotle within 20 minutes of this one then go to that one without the least bit of hesitation. Undercooked limey rice, slightly mashed avocado (not guacamole), masks not covering noses, serving spoons cross contaminating with every ingredient, and the most pretentious chipotle customers to have ever existed. I realize the last point is not directly this Chipotle’s fault but the aura must attract a certain type of customer.

    I would go hungry for the night rather than come back to this chipotle. If you absolutely must eat somewhere nearby then surely the Target across the street has frozen burrito bowls that you could let de thaw on the dash of your car.

    If I could somehow give this a zero I would. Instead, I will justify giving 1 star to this restaurant as it will give me a horror story to tell my grandchildren.

    Disclaimer: I am a lover of chipotle and will probably be going back (to a different one) tomorrow to rinse the taste of this one out of my mouth.

We asked for vinaigrettes and the gentleman behind the counter states that they’re out of vinaigrettes.     Avoiding any sugar coating – the ONLY problem with this location is the PATRONS … the staff shuffles them along as efficiently as possible every time I come in here, so KUDOS for that. However, if you come on your lunch during the week, prepare to miss the 6 o’clock news. The menu only has a few items to order and the staff asks you what you want as they go -YET – these people will order as if they are looking at the Cheese Cake Factory menu. THE ENTIRE MENU DOESN’T HAVE ENOUGH WORDS TO MAKE A FULL PARAGRAPH AND IS IN CLEAR VIEW OVER EVERYONE’S HEAD, yet staff has to explain/wait for people to decide after they’ve been standing inline for 10 minutes.

    Don’t get me started on the parking lot. Its already small as it is, but you can bet 6 spots will be occupied by 3 cars. People literally park on the street to avoid the lot.

    Further exasperating things: It’s clear where all of the elderly HARDEE’s breakfast patrons go for lunch. They can be found either in the parking lot making a 12 point turn OR in line attempting to pay with a check….. between 11:30 and 1:30- the SAME time the NON-retired are released for break.

    Again, the staff is great and the food is as you’d expect – but I’d advise getting your chip and queso fix across town if possible.

    UPDATE 1/2/19: Thought I’d be slick and try it again, this time ordering ONLINE first and having a Handicap placard for parking. Sign on store mentioned shortage on salsa. Not a big deal because I didn’t order any. I wait patiently to be told that they are out of Queso, that they’d refund it, and asked if I’d like salsa instead. That’s one of the few “good” items and would have resulted in my eating lunch elsewhere if known they were out but no biggy. I waited another 10 minutes past the 1230 time of completion to be told they are now out of the salsa I was just offered. As in NONE out of the 4 selections they offer. The reason was the lack of a delivery they should have had the prior business day.

    Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a fast casual restaurant!! The website is fraught with bugs, ordering is extremely difficult, getting a hold of an actual person to get the order resolved took several hours. When I did contact someone, the phone signal is ridiculous, sounds like a Third World country connection. I ordered the 30 people, to arrive at 11:30 AM, it is now noon and the order is not here. I was told at 11:20 they were running 20 minutes late… Not even close! I will never, ever order catering from them again. I was making arrangements at a customer site, I cannot allow these inept unprofessional people to impact my professional reputation.

    This location is randomly closed on certain days for staffing. When they are open the staff act like they’d rather be anywhere but here and struggle with getting down any semblance of flow. Every once in a while you see a friendly face… But even today the cashier had airpods in her ear and didn’t say a word to me and just held her hand out for a credit card while carrying onna conversation with the kitchen. Kitchen staff who had three people waiting on Fajitas vegetables because they hadn’t started the next batch until they ran completely out. Just last week I got a delivery order with someone else’s food and when I called in to ask about having my correct order sent they said I could drive over there and pick it up but they couldn’t redeliver it because their delivery is done by a third party.

    In addition I seem to routinely experience cleanliness issues with this location as well, counters are dirty and cross contamination is seemingly regarded as acceptable here.

    All in all I like the food but this location is marginal on their best days and downright awful on others.

    I asked the young man on the frontline making my burrito to add more onions and peppers since I was getting a veggie burrito. His coworker from the back sternly chastised the young man in front of everyone about portions. I was very put off by his attitude. I feel he should have done that in private later during the shift or pulled the young man to the side. Very unprofessional. If a customer is not getting a costly protein on their burrito then they should be able to compensate with more veggies. I usually like this location but that young man from the backline who has obviously been employed longer than the man he was attempting to correct needs way more customer service training than his coworker who clearly understands good customer service.

    This used to be my go-to chipotle but not anymore. Whenever we come in there always seems to be something missing from the ingredients lineup. One day we waited 10 minutes for fajitas and the next we waited 20 for some brown rice only to find out they were then out of fajitas…again! The young man working the line was polite and very apologetic but they need to sort out their timing when it comes to preparing and bringing out food. We also received very soggy chips one night and went to exchange them only to receive another soggy batch. The management of this particular location is nothing short of dissapointing.     So my barbacoa was dry and somewhat crunchy in my burrito instead of being soaked in the meat juices and when I asked for “a little bit of cheese” I got a whole handfull of cheese. My burrito was maybe 40% cheese or something. Because the meat had apparently been left out to dry, it was also super salty.

    This used to be our preferred Chipotle to go to over the closer one on glenside, but we stopped going here because of issues with food taste. Now we’re just going to go to the Chipotle on Staples mill near the target and Kroger, have had better experiences there and they handle lunch rush, where here one single person was prepping all the food and no one else was doing any food prep and a line formed because they wouldn’t allocate the necessary staff.

Not to mention when checking out I was asked if I wanted my receipt or not and I said no… After addressing the manager about the chicken we were looking at the receipt and I was charged for chips!?! I didn’t ask for chips or recieve them and I would of never known if I didn’t have the problem with our chicken being black. Not sure if it was done on purpose or not either way unacceptable.

    Food is good , staff is good but really upset at the little food they gave me in my bowl. Usually other chipotles give you a fair amount of food up to the rim of the bowl at least. I barely got any rice and barely any chicken. It was like a kids version. I feel ripped off for paying 7$ for this food !! 😡 bc the line was long i didn’t complain. But i think I will next time. While dealing with some difficult and ungrateful customers, they not only managed to maintain impossibly cheery demeanors, but also worked as a team to keep up with the growing line behind said customers.     Great location across from Willow Lawn shopping center, facing W. Broad St. Parking area behind the restaurant. Includes outdoor covered patio (a lovely place to dine in comfortable weather). The patio sits higher than the street traffic, which isn’t bothersome and feels urban. Interior is stylishly industrial. Service is consistently pleasant and efficient. Advice: Come before or after peak hours to avoid noisy patrons and to find your choice of clean tables.

    This particular Chipotle location has the weirdest issue– the parking lot and surrounding street is always packed and yet when you go inside, it’s rare to find more than a few people in line at most. During some peak hours (mainly 11:30 AM – 1 PM) you’ll find a crowd and to that crowd, I ask, what is wrong with you that you don’t know how to wrap around the line queue and instead back up out the door? It’s an annoying quirk of this particular location and drives me insane. Beyond that, however, it’s just like any other Chipotle stop.

    The food nothing to write home about. My concerns are the height of the plexi glass that separate the customer from the food, it is too low, I often see customer pointing their fingers over the glass and over the food, customers sometimes stretch their heads over the glass and speak to the server and no one warning them not to . These are very unhygienic and health risk for the unsuspecting consumers. I wonder why the state dept of agriculture or whichever body inspect restaurant does not notice this.

    Mexican food for people who want fake Mexican food. I bought the hype, went here for years, less satisfied each time as novelty wore off.

    Then went to authentic Mexican place and mind was blown. Type in taqueria (taco shop….more than tacos fyi) in Google maps. Richmond is full of authentic Mexican places Where fresh is fresh and taste is awesome awesomeness. Never disappointed. You have no idea how crappy and expesive chipolte is. All hype.     I really love Chipotle burrito bowl, however this place white rice doesn’t get cooked well. I use to get this bowl at least one a week, but since November I stopped when I got the white rice that wasn’t cooked well. Today my coworker was ordering then I give it a chance after almost 3 months to see if the rice will be well cooked this time, guest what it still the same. I am not sure if it is in this place only or it is a strategy change from Chipotle Company to not cook the rice well or not? Either way, I think this will be the last time I am getting anything from chipotle.
